Virtual phone numbers doesn't work as WhatsApp has blocked the virtual phone number providers, you will see old_version error and bad_number for the virtual phone users.

For the rest legal of number, the service is still working fine.

WART code its totally open sourced and free, it works the same way Chat API, does. The .dll is just the .NET API compiled, and the when WART its compiled its placed inside the executable (resources). As i said, all code its accesible and open sourced.
