Release regarding random refinements

- Support for more languages: Basque, German and English
- Add location support along with location auto-complete
- Allow filtering arbitrary weeks
- Write more docs (still not enough)
- Squash some bugs and clean up some code
- License the project under AGPL v3
- Internals: add a date range filter

Localized k2 release

This release adds multi-language support, including preconfigured locale
files for Spanish and Catalan. This is an important milestone towards a
more streamlined user experience and feature completion.

First "official" release of k2

While still being far away from eventual feature completion, k2 is now
sufficiently stable for being used on a regular basis.
