Summary

Adding project_pallas_ros2 to the Software and Libraries section.

project_pallas_ros2 is a ROS 2 LiDAR odometry and continuous-time mapping stack supporting Ouster, Hesai, Livox, RoboSense, Velodyne, and Unitree sensors. It provides real-time 3D mapping and localization for mobile robots and autonomous systems.
