Enable Sendspin page by default on rev6 and portal-s3 (#85)

Uncomments the Sendspin page in the rev6 and portal-s3 dashboard
yamls so it ships on-by-default, and adds a matching sendspin entry
to those two factory yamls so pre-adoption behavior matches post-
adoption. Adds an opt-in (commented) entry to the rev4 factory yaml
to mirror the rev4 dashboard's opt-in policy.

Also fixes "SendSpin" -> "Sendspin" in the touched files and updates
the ddp.yaml include comment to list Sendspin alongside Now Playing
and DDP Stream as a consumer of the shared DDP / websocket config.
