docs(0.1.7): changeset, auth regex doc, bundle size

- Add .changeset/correctness-fixes-0-1-7.md describing the 0.1.7 fixes
- Update apps/docs/api/errors.md to reflect tightened not-authenticated regex (no longer matches bare "authentication")
- Bump gzipped bundle figure 24 → 23 kB in README and docs index after reader/runtime changes shrank the build slightly

Bump skill guide's claude-wire pin to ^0.1.6

0.1.6 adds the JSON-only system prompt default that makes askJson actually reliable across haiku and sonnet. 0.1.5 was unpublished.
