Not for this PR, but presumably now upki-mirror we have all the parts needed to read v3 filters, and write v4 filters? That would lead to bincode being eliminated as a dependency of upki, for all but upki-mirror, which would be very nice. |

Looks like Mozilla itself is going to be publishing v4 soon so might not be worth the effort? |
