A simple shortcut menu for macOS

Sidenote: Many people ask, so here's how I have my terminal setup.

1. Download the latest universal macOS build from GitHub Releases
2. Copy to Applications

The GitHub Actions build produces a universal app for Apple Silicon and Intel Macs. For maintainers, pushing a version tag such as v1.3.1 builds Shuttle and uploads Shuttle-macos-universal.zip to that tag's GitHub Release.

Shuttle was inspired by SSHMenu, the GNOME applet for Linux.

I also looked to projects such as MLBMenu and QuickSmileText for direction on building a Cocoa app for the status bar.
