TODOs for glacierMIP #1970

Trying to gain clarity here.

Fixes:

• [Bug]: calibrate_inversion_from_consensus doesn't calibrate against the consensus #1962 - this is not strictly needed but obviously need a fix? Can you do it @pat-schmitt ?
• fix: gdir.settings not correctly read #1961 - is this relevant? You have context @pat-schmitt
• Fix multiprocessing OOM with new settings #1967 - this one is important - for @pat-schmitt

Improvements / not must haves but nice to have:

• simplify prcp_fac to only one method regardless of the model / dataset used. While I can see why the dataset (e.g. ERA5 vs W5E5) would play a role, I also have arguments as to why it doesn't matter much (what matters is winter prcp anyways, and if two datasets have the same winter prcp they should have similar factors). on @pat-schmitt and @fmaussion if we agree
• automatic temp_bias selection as part of prepro_cli. @fmaussion I am on it
• Avalanches - let's see if we can get it to work before @MarinKneib goes on the field

Required:

• new Hugonnet ref file for RGI7. @fmaussion I'm on it
• do the gdirs (@fmaussion or @pat-schmitt can do that)
• run the projections (@fmaussion or @pat-schmitt can do that)
