Allow modules to be registered manually (with xnRegisterModuleWithOpenNI) even if XN_PLATFORM_SUPPORTS_DYNAMIC_LIBS is true. On the Mac, it is often desirable to build a self-contained, movable app that does not require installing libraries in global locations using administrator privileges.
