This repository contains the Codes and the Plots for the project titled as above for the course STAT 8810: Advanced Topics in Statistics for Spring 2025.

The Codes folder contains a genral purpose implemetnation of the MSSC algorithm as in the paper by Ozertem et. al (2008) called mssc.py.

mssc.py is used to in all other files in the Codes folder for various experiments contained in the report and and in the slides.

For privacy purposes, the Plots folder does not contain the image segmentation example in the projet slides and report.
