- Fixed: Macro expansion error causing issues with some dialogs.

- Removed ZDoomism on decompile and relegated it to an option.
- Changed some initalization values to be closer to vanilla, although I believe they were harmless differences.
- In some cases fill in 0xA8 to produce recompiled binaries closer to vanilla, although it should be harmless where the differences still occur.

- Fixed: Undefined choices showed up in Chocolate Strife.

- Fixed: When displaycost is false the first cost block can't be used so silently shift if there's a free block otherwise print a warning.
