I now have 6 tests in MCPDebugToolContractTest failing (in a Moose image) because of time out.
My computer is not recent (5 years) and it is a Dell (Intel processor)
This is likely why I have this problem.
Yet, having tests that can run only on latest computers is a liability.
One never knows what will run them on the CI.
This could be the recipe for future flaky tests...
