This release represents a restart for the repository. It was initially at https://github.com/OpenRG/UN-OG-Training. We then moved it to the UN GitHub organization https://github.com/EAPD-DRB/UN-OG-Training. It was initially a fork of the OpenRG repo. Then when we deleted the OpenRG repo, it reset to a fork of Jason DeBacker's fork of the original repo. Something about this being a fork made it so our GH Actions would not run.

This version of the model represents us breaking the fork status and reinitializing the repository as an original repository. Moving forward all the GH Actions should work, as was the case with the first PR in this new repository.
