Fix version mismatch: bump to 0.1.2

__init__.py was still showing 0.3.0. Sync both pyproject.toml
and __init__.py to 0.1.2 and republish to PyPI.

Release v0.1.1: add LICENSE, fix packaging, publish skills

- Add MIT LICENSE file
- Fix version to 0.1.1, add readme/urls/author email to pyproject.toml
- Remove force-include to fix duplicate file warnings in wheel
- Add skills/ directory for npx skills compatibility
