Hi Jesse Lu
I have some questions about your codes.
First, I get the final 'z', and I use 'get_epsilon' to get the final epsilon. I know I can change the relationship between x, y and z according to function 'planar_selection_matrix'. But I do not understand why epsilon has three elements for x, y and z, which are not always the same. And I do not know which element I should choose if I want to establish a model and use CST to test it.
Second, how long should the optimization take to get a good structure. In your paper, you mentioned that the codes run for 36 hours with 3 GPU,. Is it true for all the problems in 3D?
Thank you very much!
