debug the accuracy of MF-MOS #16

• currently we inference the pretrained weights of the MF-MOS model as another source of information for dynamic point clouds
• this isn't great for us since our sensor setup is very different to what the model is originally trained on

evaluate:

• if the model is hurting or helping our classifying algorithm
• explore other models that we can use for motion segmentation
