If my understanding is correct, TTT uses supported read count and read-to-graph alignment (gaf file) information for generating path in tangles. If so, what parameters you used in GraphAligner for read-to-graph alignment?
And if I want use TTT in p_utg.gfa generated by hifiasm, could I use rd tag of node as supported read count?
