Add an option to avoid the contactgroups associated to the host to be propagated to the new services of this host.
This is useful when you work with a nagios/icinga setup where you want a contactgroup to be associated to the host and not its services (for exemple a helpdesk user, who only needs to know if the host is up). I use that also with show_all_services_host_is_authorized_for=0 in cgi.cfg (icinga only)
