all ome-tiff output should include channel name metadata #130

Description of feature

Any ome-tiffs produced should include the marker/channel names in the ome-xml metadata. Backsub already does set the channel names from its input markers csv file. Ashlar will need to have this feature added and then the pipeline will need to route the channel names to the relevant input argument.
