We can use this issue to keep track of the changes we need to adopt strict syntax
- OMEVALIDATION most likely needs re writting as the variable.@parameter syntax is no longer accepted.
- Also needs to change import to full name use for XmlSlurper
- _ are now restricted
- utils_nfcore_mcmicro_pipeline
- Implicit closures no longer allowed
- worflows/mcmicro.nf
- subworkflows/local/utils_nfcore_mcmicro_pipeline/main.nf
