An easy to skin and share web based food diary

Describe the solution you'd like
Implement lambda based backend which shall also serve server-side rendered food diary. For acceptance, no data filtering is needed, at least for closing this issue.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Implementing proper REST/gRPC API with front-end querying takes a bit more work and it's a future improvement. It's an enhancement task for some other issue, incremental improvement.
