Followed the README directions:
$ node -v
v0.10.32
$ npm -v
2.1.3
$ npm install -g noflo-jekyll
[snip]
$ noflo-jekyll . _site
env: coffee: No such file or directory
Is there a step about installing coffee-script missing from the README?
