Lets you filter reports and statistics by more than one user at once, e.g.
?user=515,616in the API, instead of just a single user. The analysis page user filter is now a multi-select.Single-user filtering behaves exactly as before — it reuses the
NumberInFilterthat's already used for other filters in the project.Backend and frontend tests included.
