jekyll-gist plugin is installed but unused #225

Problem

jekyll-gist is loaded in _config.yml and the Gemfile, but no page or post uses a gist tag — a dead dependency that still gets installed and bumped by Dependabot.

Proposal

Remove jekyll-gist from _config.yml and the Gemfile, or keep it only if gists are actually planned.
