Unused CSS: .post-header-wrapper, .comments-spacer, .comments-title #226

Problem

.post-header-wrapper (defined inline in _layouts/post.html) matches nothing — the markup uses .page-header. .comments-spacer and .comments-title in assets/css/main.css are referenced nowhere. Same category as #191 (.wedding-photo).

Proposal

Delete the three dead rules.
