…nfigs Reject legacy AlterConfigs attempts that delete or implicitly enable `diskless.enable`, matching incremental AlterConfigs behavior. Add coverage for legacy AlterConfigs in Inkless config tests and keep switch precondition handling limited to explicit diskless enablement.
