refactor: restructure from cowork-plugins marketplace to agent-skills…

… convention

Migrate to Vercel agent-skills convention (skills/*/SKILL.md, npx skills add).
Drop .claude-plugin/ directories and marketplace manifests. Simplify CI to
package.json-only versioning. Update all documentation and install instructions.
Bump to v1.0.0.
