As of now, the user does not see the explicit command for the help command anywhere in the UG for. A snub of it is mentioned in the FAQ, however it might be more helpful for users reading the UG to be able to see the commands in the order they will most likely be used in.
For example, a CLI user's first instinct would be to type in help or -h or something similar to the effect to get to a help manual page.
