Welcome to Biomaticss's Intergalactic Lab! 🧪

“Wubba Lubba Dub Dub!” Hey, I'm Biomaticss, a biochem master from Sun Yat-sen University, navigating the multiverse of bioinformatics and computational immunology. This is my portal to awesome projects, powered by Rick-level genius and Morty-level curiosity. Strap in for some science!

Here’s the heavy-duty machinery I built in my garage lab. No Meeseeks were harmed during code compilation.

  • scVDJ Symmetric Pipeline A highly optimized single-cell V(D)J repertoire profiling pipeline. Uses topological barcode assembly and Levenshtein dynamic programming to perfectly reconstruct native Heavy/Light chain pairings.
    Tech: Python, MiXCR, Multi-processing, L4 Clonal Clustering
    Status: Perfecting native chain pairing better than a Cronenberg potion.

  • High-Throughput Hybridoma Screening A 96-well plate-based sequencing pipeline that acts as a molecular scalpel. Automatically purges aberrant kappa chains (SP2/0 myeloma background) and maps functional clones back to spatial heatmaps.
    Tech: Python, Biopython, PEAR, Seaborn
    Status: Purging toxic background noise like toxic memories.

  • AntiManager An ultra-fast, natively compiled V(D)J repertoire analysis engine. Features a custom PE-merging algorithm, K-mer based (K=31) contaminant screening, and AIRR-compliant export. Faster than Rick’s ship running on concentrated dark matter.
    Tech: Rust, Rayon (Multi-threading), Docker
    Status: Ready for interdimensional massive-scale sequencing.
