"save bookmark" input field strips certain URLs #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login
2. Bookmark [ www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=sweetheart&defid=1314365 ]

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected output: That 
"www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=sweetheart&defid=1314365" would be 
stored as the URL for my profile's newly saved bookmark.

Actual output: "www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=sweetheart" was stored.

Notes: Seems like all parameters after the first are being stripped off.
