I have an academic foundation in applied mathematics and computer science, earned during my bachelor’s studies at Saint Petersburg State University of Economics. There, I gained a solid understanding of mathematics, economics, machine learning, and mathematical modeling. Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence at ITMO University, one of Russia’s leading institutions in the field of data science and AI.
Professionally, I work as an ML Engineer in Banco Plata, focusing on machine learning systems for risk-related decision-making, customer communication personalisation, and business process optimization. My work combines classical machine learning and explainable ML, deep learning, data analysis, and production-oriented development. I am interested not only in model quality, but also in how ML systems behave in real business environments and create measurable impact.
Before moving into Plata, I worked as a Data Scientist at Sberbank, where I focused on machine learning for banking products, customer behavior modeling, time series forecasting, and personalized recommendations. This experience helped me build a strong understanding of financial data, experimentation, model evaluation, and collaboration with business stakeholders.
In addition to my corporate experience, I contributed to the launch of Udarnik AI, a startup focused on ML services powered by large language models. I was involved in building ML services, working with data pipelines, validating data quality, and developing production-ready system components.
On GitHub, I mostly share learning projects, course-related ML repositories, experiments, and personal tools, including a custom library for uplift modeling. I use it as a space to explore ideas, improve engineering habits, and document my growth as an ML engineer. I’m particularly interested in building scalable, reliable, and production-ready ML systems for real-world business problems. Always open to meaningful collaboration and continuous learning.
