[selection-list] Modernize parts system and fix bugs

- Fix item-renderer producing invalid hiccup when used as :impl
- Fix :parts {:label {...}} map overrides losing label text
- Align helpers with multi-select destructuring pattern
- Restructure part-structure to match actual rendering hierarchy
- Fix args-desc typos in :disabled? and :item-renderer descriptions
- Use (id-fn choice) for React keys instead of entire choice map
