Some icon SVGs have padding #181

What happened?

Some icon SVGs have extra padding. This makes sizing the icons inconsistent.

Reproduction steps

1. Go to the storybook and open Button WithIcon Small story [Angular > Button > With Icon Small]
2. In the Controls panel change the Icon name to check
3. The icon appears noticeably smaller in the button than a previously selected add icon
