…anglios_parse, but instead of taking a list of metrics names to match, it takes a function that inputs the metric name and returns true/false. check_ganglios_diskio_cull is a simple test of this function that looks for all metrics with the string "wrt" in them.

I meant to have the commits be in seperate pull requests. I did not realize that the pull requests update as the state of the master on repo the pull side changes. |

Changed the output messages of ratio check to report both values and the ratio.
