Previously, it was only possible to use data files in a custom location by setting the environment variable "HWMPATH". This PR adds an optional argument to the
hwm14subroutine that can be used to pass such a custom location without making use of environment variables. Thefindandopensubroutine was adapted so that it first checks the path in this optional argument.
