pyclesperanto compatibility #51

To introduce pyclesperanto, we need to merge these issues and deply the corresponding libraries:

• allow pyclesperanto_prototype images as parameter values clEsperanto/pyclesperanto#244
• allow non-prototype array as parameter values clEsperanto/pyclesperanto_prototype#341
• Add compatibility with the 'pyclesperanto._pyclesperanto._Array' type in the if-else block. napari-simpleitk-image-processing#27
• make the assistant list pyclesperanto functions napari-assistant#52
• WIP: transition from pyclesperanto_prototype to pyclesperanto clEsperanto/napari_pyclesperanto_assistant#73

Afterwards, we need to add the respective versions to our list of dependencies.
