installation related issue #58

Description

@Giannisbiol

Hi,

OS: Windows 11

first many thanks for all this hard work and your tutorials and access to learning material. They are amazing.
A couple of weeks ago I couldnt use any plugin related with clesperanto and I was really confused because it was working very smoothly before.

On Sunday I came upon a solution of installing : conda install -c conda-forge pyopencl

before installing devbio or napari. And then installed python 3.11 and then via conda/mamba the devbio-napari.

Now everything works perfect again.

I just wanted to leave that here in case someone has a similar issue with me.

Cheers

PS. I think I read that here at the install.md , that is important too do first conda install -c conda-forge pyopencl. But I tried to backtrack where i though I found it and I didnt manage. Just for context.

EDIT: its a line at the intial readme.md "Windows users should install pyopencl via conda in advance " I think it is still necessary to have this installed. And maybe using mamba instead of pip can fix some issues. Also I suggest windows users to install napari-tiff because I noticed some voxel size issues when opening tiff files.
