0.9.2 WP8: complete diagnostics, documentation, and release evidence #810

Goal

Make the 0.9.2 behavior operable, explainable, package-complete, and release-verifiable.

Scope

• Update CLI, config, task, workflow, model, migration, and adapter references.
• Publish task-v2-to-v3 examples, including blocked argv-array cases.
• Document the supported workflow subset and explicit 0.9.3 boundaries.
• Add health checks for invalid user model maps, missing known mappings, and unavailable explicitly selected engines.
• Show provenance and lowering notices in dry-run/verbose output without exposing secrets.
• Collect all conformance, package, migration, release-check, and dogfood evidence.

Acceptance

• The release PR links every WP to commits and passing evidence.
• Resolver, engine-lowering, migration-parity, and Markdown/YAML equivalence reports are attached.
• Package-content evidence proves installed models.json ships in every distribution.
• bun run check, build/package suites, and tests/release-check.sh pass.
• Manual dogfood covers a direct command, scheduled task, and resumed workflow.
