Copy the contents of the cb folder into your limechat themes folder. Depending on how you installed LimeChat, that can either be:

~/Library/Application\ Support/net.limechat.LimeChat-AppStore/Themes

or

/Library/Application\ Support/LimeChat/Themes

Alternatively you can just create a symlink so when you download updates those are loaded automatically.

Next time you open LimeChat hit command , and choose the cb theme from the dropdown in the themes tab.
