• Sweeping: ✅ open
• Permits: ✅ open
• Meters: ❌ run by a private concessionaire (Chicago Parking Meters LLC), no open API — an unofficial community scraper exists (stevevance/Chicago-Parking-Meters), worth evaluating
• Crime: ✅ open (currently paused as a feature — see Should we show a break-in / vehicle-crime-risk layer at all? #1 discussion)

Meters is the one real hole here — if anyone has ideas on this beyond scraping, or knows the current state of the unofficial scraper, that's the most useful thing to discuss.
