Feature Model View: Creating a sub-feature places it incorrectly in the feature tree if it already has sub features #217

What happened?

Creating a sub-feature for a feature that already has sub-features:

All previous sub-feature become a sub-feature of the new feature:

In the tree, the indenting seems to be wrong:

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a feature model with a feature that has sub-features
2. In the feature model, create a sub-feature for the parent feature
