Turned complex data into preclinically validated strategies through rigorous biological & mathematical reasoning | Multi-omics & AI/ML x Health | Computational biologist


I have successfully transformed complex data into in vivo preclinically validated strategies for cancer prevention by leveraging AI, muti-omics and biomedical experiments-- prioritized 25+ therapeutic targets with ~85% in vivo validation successful rate. I drive seamlessly integration between bench science and computational analysis, underpinned by strong mathematical and biological reasoning.

I am expert in single-cell and spatial genomics, (Co-)first author of publications: Oncogene, 2022; EMBO Reports, 2023; Nature Communications, 2025; Oncogene, 2025; two manuscripts in preparation.

I represented my university in the National Mathematical Modeling Contest and am highly proficient in developing and customizing computational infrastructure, including:
    (a) building R packages from scratch;
    (b) debugging and extending open-source tools in R and Python;
    (c) developing and optimizing pipelines for translational R&D.
