Description

We should add a troubleshooting guide for the Quarkus distribution that covers how to troubleshoot/debug issues.

Should at least include:

• Request/response dumping
• Logging, and probably a list of categories, if not mentioned in more specific sections
• OIDC/SAML request troubleshooting
• mTLS issues
• LDAP issues
• DB issues
• Remote debugging

Some of the above was covered in the server admin guide in the past, but should be moved to the server guides as these steps requires access to the server installation/configuration to debug.
