Tweaks:
- Heritages without any cultures at a bookmark will no longer be shown in the Ruler Designer GUI

Localization:
- Added a number of new culture localizations for titles
- Re-localized "Monasticism" to "Congregational Monasticism"
- Updated localizations for some Holy Orders for various faiths
- Updated Caucasian Albanian name and description for a more general religion between both the Parthian ruling class and the populace
- "Communal Identity" and "Legal Pronouncements" re-localizes to Jewish localizations if a Christian faith has Judaizers doctrine
- "Righteous Rebirth" Tenet given a new localization for Christians, "Humble Savior"
- Lapsi localization for Excommunication used for faiths using the African Rite or Rigorism Tenet
- Re-localized "Alexandrian Catechism" to "Scholasticism", which is anachronistic but less so than the current description
- Replaced some references to Saint Patrick, as it is anachronistic for the early Late Antique Period

      - Agile increases Prowess by 2 instead of Intrigue by 1
      - Harelip applies a mild health deficit to children
      - Erudite and Perceptive assist with Court Tutor aptitude while Absentminded reduces tutor aptitude
      - Reduced the health impacts of Wrymouth slightly
      - Deaf odds at birth reduced noticeably
      - Ambidextrous increases Prowess by 2, Left-Handed by 1; neither trait improve Martial
