Options under consideration
- Lightweight — owner + lazy-consensus review, mirroring the WG's own working process.
(Trade-off: low friction; relies on engaged owners.)
- Formal — a defined review/approval gate per published profile. (Trade-off: stronger
assurance; heavier.)
