Added a Memtest86+ option to the boot menu, like Ubuntu had in the days of yore. I believe it was phased out because of a lack of UEFI support but now it has the support. I've done what I thought made sense here -
make qemu_uefiworks and I was able to run Memtest86+ on two computers here at home from the ISO built with these changes.This is my first real PR, I would love any feedback.
