Updates the slider nerfs given the new sliderFactor calculation used. The penalty for slider maps in general increases by increasing the nerf for high AR bonus section (thus nerfing all ARs), and increasing the sliderFactor exponent to more harshly punish slider heavy maps.
This change does not buff any maps and only significantly affects slider heavy maps, e.g. Sonnyc's A-TYPE and IOException's Oshama Scramble, with all other maps staying roughly the same.
