docs: update for 1.0.1 (#748) * docs: Consistent image names; optimize * docs: Combine org settings into admin, add role management, more Lots of cleanup and combining as I prep 1.0.1. The new org settings section makes more sense under the existing Administration section; we had missed adding Roles Management to the docs altogether, and some other changed pages needed a but of cleanup. I also renamed images for consistency, and optimized PNGs to reduce filesize/page load times. Supersedes #717 * docs: Fix broken references * changelog: Update 1.0 from release note, add 1.0.1
docs: Organization Settings and User Strikes guides (#725) * docs: add Organization Settings and User Strikes guides Adds two new pages to the User Guide that document features surfaced through recent UI work. Organization Settings (`docs/user/settings.md`) covers the six tabs exposed in the new Settings page from #709: Organization, Single Sign-On, Appeals, Review Console, Wellness, and Other. Each tab has a screenshot and a field-by-field purpose table. The On-Call Alert Email row includes a note that it requires an integrated email service. User Strikes (`docs/user/user-strikes.md`) documents the four-tab strikes dashboard (Policy Scores, Strike Enabled Actions, Thresholds and Settings, Analytics) and links back to the strike-related fields on Settings. Inserts both into `docs/SUMMARY.md` in the User Guide order: Settings between Basic Concepts and Automated Routing & Enforcement, User Strikes between Automated Routing & Enforcement and Manual Review. Also renames the existing settings/strikes screenshots to kebab-case to match the rest of `docs/images/`, replaces the older `org-wellness` image with `org-wellness-settings`, and updates the two existing docs that referenced the older filename so neither ends up with a broken image. The deletion was missed when the rename was staged. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs: un-nest User Strikes from Automated Routing & Enforcement Same hierarchy as rules and signals. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs: fold User Strikes into Automated Routing & Enforcement page; rename rules.md to automated-enforcement.md User Strikes belongs as a section of the Automated Routing & Enforcement page (between Matching Banks and Signals), not as a separate sidebar entry. Fold the User Strikes content back in as a `## User Strikes` subsection with its four tabs as `###` headings. The doc covers Rules, Matching Banks, User Strikes, and Signals, so the `rules.md` filename only described the first section. Rename to `automated-enforcement.md` to match the doc title and the sidebar label in the dashboard. Update the 10 cross-references across `docs/SUMMARY.md`, `docs/api/items.md`, `docs/development/architecture.md`, `docs/integrations/hma.md`, `docs/user/README.md`, `docs/user/review-console.md`, and `docs/user/settings.md`. Drop the now-unused `docs/user/user-strikes.md` and the standalone sidebar entry.
