Balancing the Number of Information Elements #203

Biology currently requires six information elements at MIDS Level 2, while Geology and Paleontology require only three. This issue seeks consensus on two related questions:

1. Should the number of required information elements be balanced across disciplines?
2. If so, how should that be achieved? One approach would be to remove media from Biology's Level 2 requirements, which would bring all three disciplines into closer alignment.
